The Talbot Village History Archive is an online archive dedicated to collecting, preserving, and sharing the history of Talbot Village, Bournemouth.

The website and its contents are owned and managed by Talbot Village Trust. Day‑to‑day management of the archive, including the addition and curation of content, is carried out by the Talbot Village History Group, a local volunteer history group facilitated and supported by the Trust.

The archive is built using the Omeka Classic content management system.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, the Data Controller is:

The Talbot Village History Group is an independent, volunteer‑led community group supported and facilitated by Talbot Village Trust. While the group operates independently in its historical research and interpretation, all volunteers involved in managing or contributing to the website and digital archive agree to comply with Talbot Village Trust’s Privacy, Copyright & Data Use Policy, Email Usage Policy, Volunteer Handbook, and Acceptable Use Policy for Google Drive and other digital systems used in connection with the project.
