Richard Holloway (son of Henry Holloway) pictured with his wife Emma in their latter years (late 1800's). As a young man, Richard was farming land with his father where the Talbot sisters wanted to build the church and so it is recorded that they sold the land to them, beginning the Holloway family's connection with Talbot Village.
Richard Holloway son of George and Martha Holloway who lived in No 4 Talbot Village. Richard was sadly killed just before the end of WWI on 7th August 1918. He is buried in Merville France and his headstone is inscribed with his home address of No4 Talbot Village. He is also on the memorial at St Marks Church, Talbot Village.

Kenneth Holloway, son of Edward and Violet Holloway, with his future wife Audrey Hale in 1948 at No. 1 Talbot Village. This was the second cottage in which the Holloway family lived.
No4 Talbot Village/No58 Wallisdown Rd, the first of the Village cottages where the Holloway family lived, when George Holloway took tenancy in 1906.
No1 Talbot Village/No 28 Wallisdown Rd, was the second cottage lived in, when Edward and Violet took tenancy in 1942.
No9 Talbot Village/No122 Wallisdown Rd, was the third cottage linked to the Holloways when Audrey Freeman (nee Holloway) and family moved in during the 70's.
No2 Talbot Village/No38 Wallisdown Rd, was the forth cottage to be habited by a Holloway when the writer of this exhibit, Philip Holloway and wife Susan took residency in 1977, until 2019.
