As no original photos seem to exist of the actual aircraft, these are typical images of the Royal Aircraft Factory BE2c type aircraft being flown by Edward William Wise Rebbeck in 1916, when he crashed and sadly lost his life.

This photo shows the type of turn that pilot 2nd Lieutenant Edward William Wise Rebbeck was negotiating, before the loss of control and subsequent tragic crash.
